NVIDIA-Certified systems

What NVIDIA certification means for servers and edge systems, and why we supply certified configurations by default.

  1. NVIDIA
  2. NVIDIA-Certified Systems

NVIDIA keeps a public catalogue of thousands of partner servers and edge systems that it has tested with its GPUs. Each entry records how many GPUs the system supports, which processors it uses and what level of validation it has passed.

That catalogue is the difference between a GPU server that works and one that throttles, cannot get support or fails a software requirement. We check every GPU server configuration against it before we quote, and we supply certified configurations as standard.

Who it suits

  • Anyone specifying a server for data centre or RTX GPUs
  • Procurement teams that need evidence a design is supported
  • Organisations planning to run NVIDIA AI Enterprise or vGPU

Products we supply

The validation types you will see in the catalogue:

NVIDIA-Certified

Tested for the listed GPU configuration

Signification
The system has passed NVIDIA's test suite with the stated GPUs, covering performance and functionality

NVIDIA-Qualified

Validated to host the GPU

Signification
The GPU has been validated to fit, power and cool correctly in that chassis

NVIDIA AI Enterprise compatible

Ready for supported AI software

Signification
The system is listed as compatible with NVIDIA AI Enterprise

vGPU certified

Ready for virtual desktops

Signification
The system is listed for NVIDIA virtual GPU software

Specifications are summarised from manufacturer information and can change between revisions. We don't publish prices here — for current pricing and stock, see the shop.

What we do

Build, integration and support from our UK engineering team

Catalogue checks

We confirm the chassis, GPU count and processor are listed before we quote, and flag anything that is not.

Certified builds by default

Our GPU server quotes use certified configurations unless you ask for something different, and we explain the trade-off if you do.

Procurement evidence

We provide the certification details your procurement or architecture review needs.

Tested before delivery

Certified or not, every server is burn-in tested in our workshop before it ships.

Trade membership

Trade members get free technical support on every order and unlimited engineer time — help with configuration, drivers, software and troubleshooting, for as long as you own the kit.

Frequently asked questions

Why does certification matter?

Data centre GPUs depend on the server for power and cooling. A certified or qualified system has been validated for that, which reduces the risk of throttling, instability and support disputes.

Is every server you supply certified?

We quote certified configurations by default. If you need a system that is not in the catalogue, we will tell you and explain the risks before you decide.

Do we need a certified system for NVIDIA AI Enterprise?

Choosing a system listed as AI Enterprise compatible is the safest route to a supported deployment. We check this as part of every quote.
